(&#8220;Foundation&#8221;), you agree to the terms and conditions (&#8220;Terms&#8221;) outlined below. These Terms are a legal contract between you (&#8220;User&#8221;) and the Foundation. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or make any donations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DONATIONS<br>For all donations made via the Site, Users are directed to a secure payment process managed by Stripe, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, or any other future payment processor. Donations can be one-time or recurring, as specified by the User during the donation process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>USE OF DONATED FUNDS<br>The Foundation reserves the right to use donated funds at its discretion for purposes consistent with its mission to provide relief and aid to Ukraine. No goods or services are given in exchange for donations unless explicitly stated during the donation process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TAXES<br>As a nonprofit organization, the Foundation is exempt from federal income taxes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, therefore your donations may be tax-deductible to the full extent permitted by law. Please consult your tax advisor to determine the tax ramifications of your donations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>REFUND POLICY<br>All donations are final and non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PRIVACY<br>The Foundation respects the privacy of its donors and has implemented measures to secure the personal information provided by Users. The Foundation will not share, sell, or trade a donor\u2019s personal information to any third party without the donor\u2019s consent, except to comply with laws, regulations, court orders, or to protect the rights and safety of others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PROCESSING OF DONATIONS<br>The Foundation does not have access to the User&#8217;s credit card information and does not process transactions. All donations are processed by Stripe, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, or any other future payment processor. The Foundation is not responsible for any issues, technical or otherwise, that may occur during the donation process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>INDEMNIFICATION<br>User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Foundation, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses relating to or arising out of User&#8217;s use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by User, User&#8217;s violation of any terms of this Agreement or User&#8217;s violation of any rights of a third party, or User&#8217;s violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CHANGES TO TERMS<br>The Foundation reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without notice.
